How to delete, rename, and edit workouts and training plans. How to turn a workout into a treadmill workout?

Deleting Workouts and Workout Collections

If you need to remove a Stryd Workout from your calendar, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the Calendar

  2. Select the Stryd Workout that you would like to delete

  3. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the workout card

  4. At the bottom of the list, you will see the "Delete" workout option

  5. Delete workout

Note: You will not be able to delete workouts imported from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge using this method. You will need to view the TrainingPeaks Article or the Final Surge Article to delete these workouts.

Deleting Workouts from your Workout Library

You can delete the entire workout collection or individual workouts from your Stryd Workout Library.

Deleting Individual Workouts

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the "Library | Workout"

  2. Navigate to the individual workout within your custom collection

  3. Select the Workout you wish to delete

  4. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the workout card

  5. At the bottom of the list, you will see the "Delete" workout option

  6. Delete workout

Deleting Workout Collections

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the "Library | Workout"

  2. Navigate to the custom collection

  3. Select the "Show All" button to the right of the collection name

  4. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the collection

  5. At the bottom of the list, you will see the "Delete" collection option

  6. Delete collection

Deleting Training Plans and Removing Training Plan

You can remove a Stryd Training Plan from your calendar at any time.

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to Settings

  2. Scroll down to Training Plans under Account Information

  3. Select the Training Plan you wish to delete

  4. Remove Plan

Note: You will not be able to delete training plans imported from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge using this method. You will need to view the TrainingPeaks Article or the Final Surge Article to delete these training plans.

Deleting Training Plans from your Training Plan Library

You can delete the entire training plan collection or individual training plans from your Stryd Training Plan Library.

Deleting Individual Training Plans

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the "Library | Training Plan"

  2. Navigate to the individual training plan within your custom collection

  3. Select the Training Plan you wish to delete

  4. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the Training Plan

  5. At the bottom of the list, you will see the "Delete" training plan option

Deleting Training Plans from your Training Plan Collection

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the "Library | Training Plan"

  2. Navigate to the custom collection

  3. Select the "Show All" button to the right of the collection name

  4. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the collection

  5. At the bottom of the list, you will see the "Delete" collection option

  6. Delete

Editing Workouts and Workout Collections

Stryd Workout and Workout Collections are completely customizable.

Edit Individual Workouts

You will only be able to edit workouts that are already loaded to your calendar and custom workouts. You can not edit workouts in the Stryd Collections or workouts from a third-party training platform.

  1. Select the workout that you would like to edit, either from the calendar or the "Library | Workout" custom collection.

  2. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the workout card.

  3. Edit

  4. Once you complete your Edit, select Save.

Edit Workout Collections

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the "Library | Workout"

  2. Navigate to the custom collection

  3. Select the "Show All" button to the right of the collection name

  4. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the collection

  5. You can either Rename the collection or Sort the collection

Editing Training Plans

Every Stryd Training Plan is completely customizable!

Edit Training Plans in the Training Plan Library

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the "Library | Training Plan"

  2. Navigate to the individual training plan within your custom collection

  3. Select the Training Plan you wish to edit

  4. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the Training Plan

  5. Select Edit Plan

  6. Once you edit the plan, select Save

Note: You will not be able to edit training plans imported from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge using this method. You will need to view the TrainingPeaks Article or the Final Surge Article to edit these training plans.

Edit Current Ongoing Training Plans

If you have already loaded a Training Plan to your Stryd Calendar and want to edit it, you will need to do so using a different method than the one shown above.

  1. Open the Stryd app and navigate to the Analysis tab.

  2. Make sure you open the Training Plan tab.

  3. Scroll down to the plan content

  4. Select the Week that you want to edit

  5. Scroll down to the Workout that you want to edit

  6. Select the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the workout card

  7. You will have the ability to Swap the workout for something else.

Note: You can not edit the Testing Plan. You will not be able to edit training plans imported from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge using this method. You will need to view the TrainingPeaks Article or the Final Surge Article to edit these training plans.

Treadmill Workouts - Make any workout a Treadmill Workout

Sometimes, you may need to complete your scheduled workout inside. The Stryd team suggests that you mark the scheduled workout as a treadmill workout to improve workout execution.

  1. Open the Stryd Mobile App

  2. Navigate to the Workout Library

  3. Select the workout

  4. Select the three-dot icon in the upper right corner

  5. Select "tag treadmill workout"
