How to export a single activity in FIT format from Stryd PowerCenter
You can export a FIT activity file from Stryd PowerCenter and import it into another platform, such as Garmin Connect, Strava, etc,
Open Stryd PowerCenter on your computer at https://www.stryd.com/powercenter/
Select the calendar from the main page and select the run you want to export
You will see your run data. On the top right of the window, you see a cloud with a down-arrow. If you hit that icon, your FIT file will be exported and stored in your download folder.
You will be able to import the file into many other platforms, and there are several applications that allow you to view and manipulate the FIT file.
How to export multiple activities files in FIT or CSV format from Stryd PowerCenter
You can select a time range on Stryd PowerCenter an export all of your activities in that time range in CSV or FIT file format. Please note that these files will be compressed in a zipped folder.
FIT files are great when you need to load run data to another platform. CSV files are great for people who want to manipulate and view their own data.

Open Stryd PowerCenter on your computer at https://www.stryd.com/powercenter/
Tap on the "Calendar" tab in the navigation bar
Tap on the "Download" icon on the right hand side
Select the desired date range of activities you would like to download
Select the preferred file format
Tap "Download"
You will receive an email to the address associated with your Stryd account containing a link to download your activity data.
Strava Uploads
File uploads to Strava are limited to 15 fit files. You just need to unzip the file and select all the files you want to import.
Garmin Uploads
Garmin does not have a fit file upload limitation. You just need to unzip the file and select all the files you want to import.
Training Peaks Uploads
Users will need to click and drag the unzipped fit files into the Training Peaks calendar.
Final Surge Uploads
You can not do a mass import on your own. You will need to send the zipped fit file to the Final Surge customer support team.
