If the Stryd Power Center page will not load you may need to clear your Power Center storage. Please follow this link to clear your storage: https://stryd.com/powercenter/clear-storage
Please note that this link will only work if you are logged in to your Power Center account or if the browser you use remembers the login details.
How to clear your browser cache
Chrome:
In the URL bar, enter: chrome://history/
Select: Clear Browsing Data
Make sure the following are selected, and choose “Clear Data"
Firefox:
In the URL bar, enter: about:preferences#privacy
Scroll down, and select “Clear Data”:
In the pop up window, make sure all check boxes are selected, and click clear
Safari:
Select Preferences from the Safari Menu:
Select Privacy, and then Manage Website Data
Choose Remove All
Edge:
Click the menu in the top right of the browser, and then choose Settings
Choose Privacy and Security, then Choose What to Clear
Make sure the following are checked, then click Clear
