Your Stryd compatibility will vary depending on your watch's age and memory. Every watch on this list is Stryd compatible, but some offer more Stryd features than others.

What's the difference between Stryd Zones and the Stryd Workout app?
Stryd Zones Data Fields is how Garmin users can use Stryd Power with their native-run mode. Pairing the Stryd as a sensor is not enough to record Stryd Power. All Garmin users must install the Stryd Zones Data Fields and pair the Stryd as a sensor to see Stryd Power on their Garmin.
Certain Garmin watches can also Import Stryd Workouts through the native Garmin calendar and upload them to the watch. These workouts can then be executed with the watch's native-run mode. However, not all watches have this capability. THIS is the list of watches that have this capability.
The Stryd Workout app is a separate run mode that users download to import and execute Stryd Power-Based workouts. Here is a list of watches requiring this app to perform Power-Based structured workouts.
Some Garmin watches do not have Power-Based structured workout capabilities. This means these users can only use the Stryd Zones Data Field to see their power and need to memorize their Stryd Workouts. Here is the list of watches that fall into this category.
