Battery Life
The Stryd pod provides up to 20 hours of active run time on a full charge.
Internal Storage
The device includes internal storage capable of holding your recent run data, which can be synced to the Stryd mobile app after your workout.
For Stryd products, Stryd will start recording running data to its internal memory when you start running and stop recording running data after prolonged stop.
For Stryd Duo products, it is necessary to start an activity recording with a device such as a phone or sportswatch for Stryd Duo to additionally record data to its internal memory.

LED Behavior | Meaning |
Double Blue Light | A BLE connection is established or disconnected |
Double Yellow Light | An ANT+ connection is established or disconnected |
Green Light (after double tap of pod) | Battery status is strong, you are ready to run |
Yellow Light (after double tap of pod) | Battery status is moderate, consider charging after your run |
Red Light (after double tap of pod) | Battery status is low, consider charging prior to your run |
Next Gen Stryd
The LED light on Stryd will light up under the following conditions:
Flashes once or twice: Stryd just connected with your phone or watch
Blinks constantly: Stryd needs to be charged! There is a low amount of charge status remaining on your Stryd. Please place Stryd on the charger.
Light Pulsing on and off: Stryd is charging. Leave Stryd on the charger
LED is a solid orange: The battery of your device is fully charged
Stryd (wind model) or Stryd (non-wind model)
LED is off when on the charger: Stryd is OK! Stryd is sufficiently charged and does not need to be charged. Stryd will charge again when the battery percentage is below 85%.
Operating Temperature
The Stryd pod uses a lithium-ion battery with the following temperature ratings:
Charging: 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F)
Operation: –20°C to 60°C (–4°F to 140°F)
