Your Stryd pod internally records Health Data. Health Data is a diagnostic log that your pod keeps track of its normal operation.
In some cases, it is helpful for the Stryd customer service to receive this data to help understand the state of your Stryd pod.
Note: If Stryd customer service has not asked you to send Health Data, you do not need to follow these steps.
Health Data is only useful to us if we have explicitly asked you to share your Health Data.
How to send Health Data from Stryd
Send Health Data from Stryd Duo
Open the Stryd mobile app
Tap on the Settings cog in the top right corner
Tap Stryd Duo
Tap Pod 1 > Tap Send Pod's Health Data to Stryd

Tap Pod 2 > Tap Send Pod's Health Data to Stryd
Tap < Stryd Duo in the top left
Tap < Settings in the top left
