Comparing easy runs to tempo runs is like comparing apples to oranges. With the Stryd Training Analysis feature, you can compare apples to apples, or tempo runs to other tempo runs!
This feature can be immensely useful if you want to see how your fitness or aspects of your running form change over time. When similar workouts on a similar surface are compared using the Training Analysis feature, users can easily tell if they are overcoming fatigue or struggling more than usual.
To apply a filter, follow these steps:
Open up the Stryd Mobile App
Choose 'Analysis' on the homepage
Select the blue 'filter' button in the upper lefthand corner
Select a filter from the list or create your own filter
Please note that for the best results, you will need to compare runs of similar effort, over similar surfaces. Therefore, hilly trail runs and track workouts should not be compared.
