Please follow these steps to set the height and weight settings on your Stryd pod in the Stryd mobile app.

1. Open up the Stryd mobile app

2. Choose Settings (Gear Icon) in the top right-hand corner

3. Pair your Stryd pod to the app (if not already paired)

4. Choose "Stryd" under the Paired Devices list

5. Once the device connects, select "Update Height and Weight"

6. Make changes as desired

7. Save changes
