This article details the steps to update your Stryd Account Profile photo, which currently can only be done from the Stryd Mobile App and not the Stryd PowerCenter web application.
Open the Stryd Mobile App.
Select Settings.
Select User Profile.
Select Edit Profile.
Select Change Photo and follow the steps your phone prompts, then click Save.
