When does my Stryd order ship?

For new Stryd 5.0 orders placed after May 8, 2026, your order will begin shipping in early June of 2026.

Within the US, your order ships from the Stryd HQ in Boulder, Colorado via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will typically be assigned a tracking number within 1-2 business days and arrive with 2-4 business days, in most cases. The vast majority of orders are delivered within 2-4 days after receiving a tracking number but USPS Priority Mail is not a day-definite delivery service.

If you live in Canada, your order will ship from our fulfillment center in Ontario, Canada. In metro areas, this can take 2-3 days and in more rural areas this typically takes one week but it could be longer. You will get a tracking number within 1-2 business days of your order.

Within Australia, your order will ship from our fulfillment center in Victoria, Australia. Your order will typically be assigned a tracking number within 1-2 business days and ship with standard shipping after that. In some cases, your order will be delivered within 2-3 days but can take up to a week or longer under busy times.

Within the UK, your order will ship from Stryd HQ in Boulder, Colorado via DHL Express. Your order will typically be assigned a tracking number within 1-2 business days and arrive in 2-3 business days after that. All taxes and duties are handled by Stryd. You will not have to pay additional fees to receive Stryd.

Within the European Union, we ship from the Netherlands through a fulfillment center. Import duties, VAT and shipping expenses are included in the price. You will not pay additional fees to receive Stryd. Netherlands and Belgium are served by PostNL whereas the rest of the EU is served by DPD. Delivery is typically within a week.

If you live in China or Hong Kong, your order will ship from our service center in Asia. Your order will typically be assigned a tracking number in 1-2 business days. Shipping to China or Hong Kong typically takes a week or less.

If you live in Brazil, Orders headed to Brazil will be sent from the US via DHL Express. DHL Express offers fast, convenient, and reliable shipping to Brazil. After you order, the Stryd team will reach out to you to collect your CPF number or other applicable tax ID. This tax ID enables your order to pass through customs in Brazil quickly. Note: You will not need to pay any additional tax in order to receive Stryd after ordering. All taxes and custom clearance are handled by Stryd.

If you live elsewhere in the world, Stryd ships from Boulder, Colorado via DHL Express. Import duties, VAT and shipping expenses are included in the price. You will not pay additional fees to receive Stryd. We send you a tracking number as soon as we receive it. Your order will be assigned a tracking number in 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes a week or less.

There can be extenuating circumstances where these typical ship times could change, such as during the Holidays.


Does Stryd offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping options at checkout since we use express or priority services for nearly all orders by default.


Can I update my delivery address?

For orders that have not already shipped, you can contact us by following these instructions.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information, so please keep this in mind if it doesn’t appear right away.

If you don't receive an order confirmation email from us following your purchase within 3-4 days, or if you have trouble contacting the carrier to resolve tracking or delivery issues please contact us.
