If you purchased your Stryd directly from Stryd.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your device for any reason.
How to return your Stryd
Request authorization. Contact our support team to initiate your return. You do not need to provide a reason — we accept all returns within the 30-day window.
Receive return instructions. Our team will email you complete return instructions, including shipping details.
Ship your Stryd to our headquarters. All returns must be sent to our Boulder, Colorado facility: Stryd, Inc. 2200 Central Avenue, Suite H Boulder, CO 80301 USA
We can only accept returns to our office in the US. You can use the lowest cost shipping service to return Stryd and send in a small envelope instead of a large box.
Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price to the payment method. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and you'll receive an email confirmation once your payment method has been credited.
Important details
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, regardless of location.
Import duties are non-refundable, where applicable.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Purchases from distributors or other retailers
If you purchased your Stryd from a distributor or third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy and instructions. We are unable to process returns for purchases not made on Stryd.com.
