Here is what to do if you need help with your Stryd
Option #1: Browse our help center at help.stryd.com to self-serve your answer
Our help center provides comprehensive instructions on how to get started with Stryd, setup your watch, use the Stryd mobile app, PowerCenter, and more!
Head over to help.stryd.com and tap on a section to discover articles or type a few key search terms into the search bar to find what you are looking for.
Option #2: Interact with the automated assistant in the help center widget for guided support
If you weren't able to find what you were looking for in the help center, the next step is to start a conversation in our help center widget!
Instructions on how to start a conversation:
Tap the blue widget in the bottom right corner of the page
Tap on the 'Messages' tab
Tap on 'Send us a message'
You will be met with an automated assistant to help you out!
This assistant will collect relevant information on your issue by asking a few questions and then will pass your email address on to a member of the Stryd team so we can get in contact with you.
If the automated assistant can identify a solution to your issue, it will serve the a help center article with the instructions to solve your issue so you do not need to wait for member of the Stryd team
Option #3: Contact the Stryd team for one-on-one support
