Before setting up your Amazfit watch with Stryd, be sure to pair your Stryd pod to the Stryd mobile app in the app Settings.

Set up your Amazfit & Stryd!

The running power revolution is taking another big leap forward, thanks to a new integration between Stryd and Amazfit.

Step 1: Set up Stryd Workout Accessory

Pair your Stryd or Stryd Duo pods as a Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Integrate Zepp account with Stryd

Open the Stryd app, head to Settings → Connected Accounts → Zepp, sign in, and you’re ready to go!

This step ensures that your activities containing Stryd data automatically import into your account.

Step 3: Customizable Data Screens

You can configure your watch to display the Stryd data that matters most to you. View real-time power, lap power, average power, and other key metrics directly on your watch face.

Stryd Pace & Distance Support

The Balance 2 supports pace and distance from Stryd with GPS enabled, ensuring your second-by-second pace and distance come from Stryd on every run.

Full Stryd & Stryd Duo Metric Support

The Balance 2 watch records all Stryd metrics, including Power, Form Power, Air Power, Leg Spring Stiffness, Ground Time, Vertical Oscillation, Impact Loading Rate, Lower Body Stress Scores, and more.

The Balance 2 also offers full Stryd Duo support, recording the detailed biomechanical metrics that compare the left and right sides of your body. These balance metrics enable you to monitor changes over time, evaluate your running progression, and understand exactly what works best for you.

Here are the Stryd Duo metrics you can expect to see post-run:
