Set up your Amazfit & Stryd!
The running power revolution is taking another big leap forward, thanks to a new integration between Stryd and Amazfit.
Before you get set up with Stryd and Amazfit, you will need to make sure that you download the Zepp app for your watch (Zepp is the app that manages your Amazfit watch). Then be sure that your watch is paired and updated through the Zepp app. You may want to download the Product manual or User manual to become familiar with your new watch. Both of these documents can be found on the Amazfit support website.
Step 1: Set up Stryd Workout Accessory
Pair your Stryd or Stryd Duo pods as a Bluetooth device.
Swipe from right to left on the watch screen to open App List
Scroll down to Settings
Select Workout Accessory
Here you will see every sensor available
Select the sensor called StrydX (BLE ID). If you have the Stryd 5.0, then you will select the sensor called Stryd5 (BLE ID).
Step 2: Integrate Zepp account with Stryd
Open the Stryd app, head to Settings → Connected Accounts → Zepp, sign in, and you’re ready to go!
This step ensures that your activities containing Stryd data automatically import into your account.
Step 3: Customizable Data Screens
You can configure your watch to display the Stryd data that matters most to you. View real-time power, lap power, average power, and other key metrics directly on your watch face.
On your Amazfit watch, open Run Mode
