How to add a new training plan to your calendar
How to add a new training plan to your calendar

  1. Update to the latest version of the Stryd iOS (> v8.0) or Stryd Android app (> v8.12.23)

  2. Visit the Calendar tab of the app

  3. Tap on the "+" button in the top right hand corner of the app

  4. Tap on "Add Training Plan" and then tap on "Add Stryd Training Plan"

  5. Select among Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Build, Maintain, and Test options

  6. Select "Choose a Stryd Plan" or "Use Stryd Plan as an editable template" and follow the guided instructions to add the training plan to your calendar
