When setting the Stryd up with your COROS watch for the first time, COROS will prompt you to enter a Critical Power. If you have not yet received a Critical Power calculation from Stryd, we recommend leaving this value at 0 watts, Then you can update it as soon as PowerCenter calculates a Critical Power for you.

COROS watches feature a native power data field that your Stryd data will be reported through. Note that your Power Zones in the COROS watch will not be correct until you have received a Critical Power reading and updated it in your watch.
