If you discover that your Stryd Training Plan has disappeared then likely your Stryd Membership has expired and you will need to renew in order to resume your Training Plan.

Once you renew your Stryd Membership you will then need to unpause your Stryd Training Plan.

You will not be able to unpause your Stryd Training Plan until you renew your Stryd Membership.
