I am receiving an error when trying to sync in my workout!

If you receive an error when trying to sync planned workouts to the Stryd Workout App on your Garmin watch, this means that your watch does not currently have a connection to your mobile phone.

Here is what we recommend to do:

1. Open up the Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Connect IQ app on your phone
2. Ensure that a connection is available between your watch and your phone by looking for an active connection inside of the Garmin app
3. Once a connection has been established, open up the Stryd Workout App on the watch and sync workouts again.

This should resolve any errors you are seeing.

If your workouts still have not synced, please ensure that you have entered your correct username into the settings of the Stryd Workout App. Find instructions for that here >>
