Use RPE instead of a Power Target in the Stryd Workout Builder

This is a Stryd Membership feature only!

While Stryd recommends always to train by power, the Stryd Workout Builder does allow you to build a workout based on runner-perceived effort (RPE). When creating a workout, select any block you want. Edit the target range, and you will have an option to switch to RPE instead of power:
