Our app for the Android phone works only with phones that a specific screen resolution. Some (older) Android phones that have a different screen resolution may not allow users to set up their Stryd account (as users cannot accept our privacy policy). One example of such a phone is Sony XPeria Z3.

The workaround is to create the Stryd account on stryd.com/powercenter in the Chrome browser on a computer. Once the account is created on the computer, you can log in to the Stryd app on your Android phone.
