If you have problems pairing your Android phone with your Stryd pod, make sure that the Stryd Mobile App has permission to access the phone's Location Services and Storage.

Each Android phone is a bit different, but for Samsung, these settings can be found:

Settings -> Apps -> Stryd App -> Permissions

Enable both access to Location and Storage. Only when both are enabled, will your phone be able to pair with your Stryd device.
