If something is not right with the runs shown in the calendar of the Stryd app on your iPhone or Android phone, you can refresh all your run data.

On your phone, open up the Stryd app. On the home screen, select Settings (the wheel icon on the upper right corner of the screen). Scroll down and select Debug Options and hit Download Full Run History.
