Please follow these steps to change your units in the Stryd app.

1. Open up the Stryd app

2. Select the Settings Tab

3. Choose User Profile

4. Select Edit Profile, Continue

5. Scroll down a bit to change units (available for temperature and distance).

5. Change this value and hit Update Account
