If you notice that you are not receiving audio cues and Test To Voice alerts you will need to check your Apple Watch for OS settings, as these can stand in the way of Stryd app's specific settings.
In Control Center, make sure the watch is not in Silent mode, as indicated by the highlighted red bell:
