The Apple Watch Stryd App can be used for real-time guidance of structured workout execution, including haptic, auditory, and speech cue feedback. The Apple Watch Stryd app will tell you to speed up or slow down every 20 seconds you are outside your target, will provide a 5-second countdown for the end of each duration segments, provide segment instructions at the beginning of each segment. It can also alert you every 5 seconds you are outside your target range.

To enable haptic and auditory feedback:

1. Open Stryd app on Apple Watch

2. Select Settings

3. Select Run Profiles

4. Select the pencil icon next to the profile to edit

5. Here you will be able to edit and control sounds and haptics

Silent mode must also be disabled in the Apple Watch app settings on the Apple Watch:

You can find this option in Settings -> Sounds and Haptics. From the Sound and Haptics menu, you can also change the volume of the tones your watch makes.
